Customer Acknowledgment Required * I have read the terms and conditions of returns warranty and fully understand that my return may be subject to various deductions as applicable, and I expressly agree to these charges being deducted from my refund and not to contest these charges per terms and conditions of the returns warranty should I not follow the given return procedures and instructions for ANY reason. If I refuse to comply for any reason, I do so voluntarily, having been properly warned of the consequences, and I am submitting this form as such. I also understand that if I fully complied with terms and conditions of the returns warranty and the above instructions, and with the help of product support (as company will have documented) I was not able to resolve the problem experienced to keep the order, my refund will NOT be subject to any deductions. My order is within 30 days trial period, and as such please issue the RMA and send me instructions via email to return the order for refund accordingly.
