RE: New California legislation proposed to be adopted effective as of January 1, 2009

Attention California consumers:

• All of our current and past company products meet the current Federal EPA Safe Emissions Standard of 0.05 ppm of activated oxygen in occupied space, which California proposed to adopt effective in early 2009, when used as directed.
• All of our current and past company products are absolutely safe when simple instructions in the Owner's manual are followed. These easy to understand instructions are included with every unit sold. There is no safety hazard in using any of our products.
• Activated Oxygen (O3) is an optional feature in all of our air purifiers, meaning it could be turned ON or OFF at any time. It's also just a small component of our unique and powerful blend of technologies that naturally cleanse the air.
• There was NEVER a ban or recall of any of our current products being sold, nor of any products sold in the past in the state of CA or anywhere else in the USA and Worldwide.
• If the proposed CA legislation does go into effect, our products shipped to CA will then be recertified accordingly under state of CA newest certification standards, which will be adopted in year 2009, so that we could continue servicing our CA consumers in the most appropriate and efficient manner.
